A Letter to Our Patients and Community

We are excited to announce we have broken ground on our new state-of-the-art facility in Collin County! 

Where are we located? 

963 State Highway 121, Allen, Texas 75013

It is located directly in front of Cinemark Theaters and across the street from Lifetime Fitness. 

Why are we moving?

We have outgrown our current building and need more space to meet our patient needs adequately. Our square footage will increase by 50%, adding additional exam rooms and x-ray rooms. 

Many of our patients may not know, but we are leasing our current building. Ultimately, we want to have complete control of the building and be able to design workflows that work best for the patient. In the current market, it became evident that to have the perfect facility, we will have to build it for our patients.

Why Allen?

After studying our current patient population and growth forecast, we felt the area where Plano, Frisco, McKinney, and Allen converge to set up well as a central location. Our new site provides easy access to the metroplex’s North/East/South/West major arteries. It is also centrally positioned in an area where all major health systems already have committed to long-term facilities. 

With the new building as our first permanent installation, we are well positioned to build future branches in strategically surrounding areas as we continue to expand. Our community needs will determine the location of these future facilities. Future sites could be 3 miles away or 30 miles away, all depending on community needs. 

What will happen to the old location?

Once the new location construction is complete, we will immediately begin to transfer operations. The future of the old building is unknown and is not the property of Legacy Orthopedics.

Will you have a grand opening?

You bet we will, and you are invited! Stay tuned for updates. As of this notice, we will be opening on January 30, 2023.
